If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Refunds

You have 30 days to request a refund from the date of your purchase.

To be eligible for a refund, some of the following applies:

Process

  • First, to request a refund, please make a request in writing to Probe It Food safety at support@foodsafetyonline.ca or support@probeit.ca
  • Once we receive your email request, we will start the process and notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting your refund request
  • If your refund is approved, we will initiate the refund process. Funds will be available within 5-10 business days from the date the refund has been processed.

Satisfaction Guarantee – Refund rules: 

  • Refund will not be processed for having technical issues with your computer/laptop
  • Refund does not apply to corporate accounts
  • You are no longer eligible for refund once you login to the course. (The course can be transferred to someone else upon request)
  • Refund will not be processed once the online exam has been accessed.
  • Only valid for 30 days from the day of purchase.

To request a refund, please email us at support@foodsafetyonline.ca or support@probeit.ca within the first 30 days of course payment.  Make sure you include your full name, email address and phone number.  Refunds will be done electronically.
