You have 30 days to request a refund from the date of your purchase.
To be eligible for a refund, some of the following applies:
- First, to request a refund, please make a request in writing to Probe It Food safety at email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org
- Once we receive your email request, we will start the process and notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting your refund request
- If your refund is approved, we will initiate the refund process. Funds will be available within 5-10 business days from the date the refund has been processed.
Satisfaction Guarantee – Refund rules:
- Refund will not be processed for having technical issues with your computer/laptop
- Refund does not apply to corporate accounts
- Refund will not be processed once the third module has been completed (it is your responsibility to stop using our course in the early modules if you feel it is not for you).
- Refund will not be processed once the online exam has been accessed.
- Only valid for 30 days from the day of purchase.
